Any orders placed through the Site are subject to this Shipping Policy. We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. Orders may or may not processed on weekends or holidays. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, Rochelle et Michel Compagnie is not responsible for its delivery or any issues that arise during transit. Customers should address delivery problems directly with the carrier according to their policies.
