Return Policy
All sales are final (with exceptions below). Due to the fragile and often unique nature of our framed drawings and maps, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if the item simply does not suit your space.
Exceptions We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly issue a full refund in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged during transit due to packaging.
The item is not as described (e.g., significant discrepancies in size, condition, or content from the listing description and photos).
Claims Process
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under one of the exceptions above, contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item (including any damage and the original packaging)
A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim promptly (typically within 1–2 business days) and provide return instructions if approved.
For approved returns due to damage or not-as-described:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent further damage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund (including original shipping costs) within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Situations
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen settings, lighting, or natural materials.
Damage caused by improper handling or hanging after delivery.
